Most U.S. orders are processed within 3 business days, and arrive via insured ground delivery in 3 to 8 days. We e-mail tracking numbers upon shipment -- and may otherwise contact you, via e-mail or phone, if there are any known delays or problems with your order.
All sales Final, no refunds or exchanges (except for a valid insured loss paid claim -- or our gross service error, i.e. sent wrong item). Use the manufacturer new product limited warranty if applicable (may not apply to some Closeout, demo, or discontinued items -- see listings) for parts or service requirements subsequent to purchase. U.S. sales and ground insured delivery only, with limited Priority Mail service to AK, HI, and overseas American military & embassy addresses -- see item listings for any specific offer restrictions.
