Use the manufacturer new product limited warranty if applicable for any parts or service requirements subsequent to purchase (warranty may not apply to some Closeout, floor demo, or discontinued items -- read listing details). While an authorized retailer for the popular brands we sell, we are not a factory service or warranty parts depot. Unauthorized returns will be refused, freight collect.
All items sold are NEW & UNUSED (unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer), and shipped in brand original packaging and/or with factory hang tags. Product instructions, warranty cards, and carton UPC codes if any as provided by the manufacturer are included with all standard factory items. For any rebate offers, please contact the manufacturer directly for their instructions -- we do not issue factory rebates or related coupons.
Shipment contents will normally be summarized on the FedEx or USPS address label; purchase receipts will be sent electronically, unless otherwise requested at time of order. Inspect and count contents upon delivery, and immediately report to carrier and us any damage or other discrepancy, for timely insured claim filing instructions -- retain all packaging, paperwork, and contents for carrier claims agent inspection. Insured shipment loss or damage if any will be refunded directly to the customer by carrier, after normal claims filing.

U.S. sales only, with limited Priority Mail insured service to AK, HI, and overseas American military and embassy addresses -- see item listings for any restrictions. Most orders will be delivered FOB origin insured via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or USPS insured Priority Mail (no choice). Our normal shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday before noon Central Time. Allow time for normal processing and carrier service; order early before any holiday periods for best results. Most paid orders ship out within 3 business days, and arrive in 3 to 8 days. Transit times are estimated, not guaranteed -- we do not offer air express service. An adult signature and photo ID may be required at delivery.
Sales or use taxes if any should be reported and paid locally, as applicable on some out-of-state purchases from non-nexus retailers. All AR destination orders are for permitted resale or fundraising purposes only, and sold as non-returnable -- include your non-profit TIN or sales permit number for qualifying purchases (AR orders lacking this information will not be processed).
Dishonored payments of any kind on fulfilled orders will incur a minimum $35 excess service fee, plus all product and shipping charges, and will otherwise be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including but not limited to billing and collection of all correspondence, filing, and travel costs, through small claims court jurisdiction or other applicable venues. Other disputes if any not informally resolved will be settled via agreed binding arbitration only, and buyer(s) waive any right to other legal action in lieu of required and timely arbitration, with established arbitration service costs to be shared equally by buyer & seller.
